Proving a Great Investment in Me

I then re-assessed this investment when my 56-year-old self had to take a three month break to have two major surgeries in as many months. My first outing four weeks after my surgery? A five and a half mile hill and rock filled hike is what! No sweat, all I needed afterwards was Belgian waffles and a two hour nap the following day. Yup, investment well made, I’d say! Thanks Casey!
