Looking Forward to Training

I've never enjoyed going to the gym, but since starting training with Barry at Beyond Conditioning, I've found myself looking forward to our sessions together.


Real Progress

Though I only train once a week, it's amazing to see the progress I've made in just a few months. I feel more balanced, I'm no longer winded when walking a flight of stairs, and I can tell that everyday tasks are just a little easier. I joined to lose weight after pregnancy, but now I go because it's made such a difference to my everyday life.
