I've never enjoyed going to the gym, but since starting training with Barry at Beyond Conditioning, I've found myself looking forward to our sessions together.
Though I only train once a week, it's amazing to see the progress I've made in just a few months. I feel more balanced, I'm no longer winded when walking a flight of stairs, and I can tell that everyday tasks are just a little easier.
